My poetry I share,
almost always
without edit or concern.

I write as my muse,
a step away from regards
to criticism or care
and leave it to later return.

Words are my expression,
hoping to lift my soul,
that come from my heart.

Sometimes whimsical,
sometimes odd,
but are most certainly me,
in some part.

I receive may a kind comment,
and only a few that resent.

And with much appreciation,
a kind thank you to all,
for your time reading you have spent

That’s how it happened,
a thought I’ve often had,
correct in its recollection,
or so I’ve often said.

Or an idea from beyond,
cast into the light,
given the opportunity,
I’m sure I could get it right.

Believe what you may,
or say what you will,
it won’t matter anyhow,
I’ll just use the words ‘just wait until’

Like a broken clock,
that’s right twice a day,
I’ll just bide my time,
eventually, it’ll all come my way.

And if it doesn’t happen,
it’s no setback,
I guess all I can say, is
‘. . .what the Heck’

To say something happy with no pretense,
emit a smile without being sought
an aura that radiates,
seeing the good not giving a second thought

To admire the beauty,
in its simplest state,
where it is what it is,
no need to create

Perfection found,
in the iota of the moment

It’s solitary blink
it’s only component

Gathered together
in single units individually
each one greater than the sum
of its entirety

And the wait
the final scene of life’s reel,
the summation
of all to be revealed

Many a reflection, left to
interpret although
nothing to amend now.

The considerings of
alternative directions in hopes
that I’ve learned how.

If to be in the moment,
a void to become clear
and to see what’s right,
to know the freedom
without the blinders
altering my sight.

A chance to feel,
the air in my lungs,
sense my heart beat,
to gaze upon the sky,
and feel,
the earth beneath my feet.

Without
anxiety or worry,
a deep breath on my own,
in a home
not a care concerning,
while I’m all alone.

I believe that God intended,
for us to share his
kindness and his Love,
where no one has to
stand alone, but to be
inspired from above.

So wear a smile
and show happiness,
within your eyes,
touch the hearts
of others, so that they too
will realize.

And all that is evil,
be treated as ignorance
without our contempt,
while showing
the other side of Love, and
in hopes they too will accept.

In taking that step forward
and not to be shy,
or looking back
secure in what you have
without measure,
of what you think you may lack.

For when you grasp,
all that your Lord
has provided you,
accepting both
the good and bad, as
the guiding light to view.

May your blessings be many,
with kindness and joy
filling your heart
your soul providing you with
grace and consideration,
its aura to be your part.

May these few days of kindness, love, and celebration,
be considered as a starting point to a betterment of ourselves,
as something to continue

Where are prayers are given to those in need,
and our blessings from our Lord,
will remain within our view

And may your sadness and pains be given into his hands,
allowing him to relieve,
through your belief

And hopes with through awareness there will come,
relaxing of anxiety,
and the warmth,
of God’s relief
