For Now
Times come along now and then,
where reasons and solutions
are on the other side of the mountain
Where sunshine needed is shrouded in gray,
and thoughts seem uncertain
A clear perspective won’t sit still,
no matter how tightly grasped
But ideas will still be bantered about,
even though one might not be asked
In search of a positive resolution,
one deemed do-a-ble and not contrite
One that moves the marker a space ahead,
without malice, without spite
The brain given must be tread on lightly,
no demands but permission,
to acquire the answers, to the questions,
that you have requisitioned
May you always find the answers,
that you search for from within,
finding your soul being happy and satisfied,
as Gods gifts that have been given
